Functionality
I never received an ordered and piad customization for an important feature. Looks nice on first view, but it is buggy.
Ease of use
Ok so far. A set of "general options" (really essentila features of a slideshow) can only set site wide, not for a particular slideshow
Support
Ok before placing my order, then no delivery of my paid customization, finally no more reaction - for me a disappointing experience!
Documentation
ok so far - most things are self-explaining, I would not have required the documentation
I used this to: I wanted to use it for header animations - finally thsi was impossible for me

Functions with no problem, looks nice.

I like the interface of the admin, easy to add and edit photos, also I can add videos.

I didn't have any problem understanding the extension, just for some minor details addressed to the manual, it was helpful.
I used this to: I use the slideshow in home page of my restaurant website. It demonstrate my dishes in a beautiful and appealing manner, also want to add cooking video in the future.
