This is a joomla plugin for the photoswipe.com's
It allows you to show a gallery in your articles (or any other component) of all the images existing in a folder.
It is mobile friendly. Users can swipe to change photo view.
You may add several galleries in an article.
In order to use it:

  • Get this
  • Favourite
  • Report

{photoswipe folder="yourimagepathgoeshere(example: /images/whatever/" width=800 height=600}{/photoswipe}
Width and Height are optional.


Works, but no thumbnails

Functionality

Shows a gallery that looks well on a mobile device.
It does not create thumbnails so loading can be slow and lots of bandwidth

Ease of use

Easy install, very simple use.
Had to tweak the PHP script because it puts "DS" before your image folder

Documentation

Easy to use plugin, so the few lines of documentation in de plugin description suffice

I used this to: I don't use it anymore because it loads full images in gallery overview instead of thumbnails

This is a slider module for k2 and joomla. It uses plain javascript and not jquery to avoid conflicts. It doesn't use jQuery to avoid conflicts (just pure javascript) You may select as a data source: Multiple Categories, Tags, Authors It supports some display options such as: Sliding Speed Show Arrows Show Bullets Background and foreground Text Colors Background Style (Cover - Contain)
