Functionality
All you want in a solid forum application.
100
Ease of use
Simple setup. Not difficult to set up at all.

Support
From the very little I've needed, very fast and not techno speak.
100
Documentation
Not really needed. Good forum, and adequate dox.

Value for money
I used this to: An e-commerce site selling after-market keyless entry and ignition systems. Love it. Had used "the other" big name in forums for Joomla many times in the past, but the latest version of it didn't like the older template of the site I was installing it to. Looked terrible.

Happy with the product now

Functionality
Good solid form builder - a little quirky how they have the Reply To emails address set up, but beats its earlier version (see comments)
100
Ease of use
Very simple and easy to use
49
Support
Hit n miss. Can be very responsive, other times extremely slow and lack the ability to grasp a customer's problem (see comments)
100
Documentation
Adequate as it's a simple tool
100
Value for money
Excellent
I used this to: Deleted old review. Initially a MAJOR email address issue that took 3-4 months to resolve (devs couldn't grasp the issue even with 2 of us explaining over n over). However, it's fixed now, and correct emails and names are inserted into emails. Extremely frustrating getting a fix.

Used a lot of others...

Functionality
Oh my goodness! So simple, yet so clean in it's execution! I've used SO many other modules - generally needing 2 to cover FB and Twitter.
100
Ease of use
Unlike others which required styling for 2 different module, this covered both in one EASY module
100
Support
If you need support for this.... really?? :-)
100
Documentation
Just like for support - not needed.

Different experience to other reviewers

Functionality
Reporting nowhere near powerful enough for what it's meant to be. Made bookings where nothing paid despite settings to the contrary.
80
Ease of use
Simple enough to use and understand, just lacking in some areas.
49
Support
Hit & miss. Sometimes good. Other times, non existent. Many questions never answered.
52
Documentation
Average - not bad, not great. All the basics covered but anything more complex somewhat lacking.

Value for money
Overall, an expensive and frustrating waste of time - changing to a different product.
I used this to: Paint & Wine Party site. Spent hundreds getting custom mods which improved it no end, but the core functionality, or lack of, killed it for my client. VERY flaky dealing with Authorize, net - could never trust it to report or process transactions correctly. A lot of promise...

Functionality
Who would know - couldn't get even the simplest things to work
3
Ease of use
Nightmare grade! Sure, I'm not very experienced with CCK, and I though K2 was bad... then I installed this. Nothing makes any sense.
9
Support
Never bothered.
4
Documentation
Where's the basic dox like "Quickstart". Couldn't even figure out how to get a simple form going.

I used this to: Couldn't uninstall it fast enough. My buddy who loves Fabrik said he found it no problem. WAAAAY too complicated for me to waste time trying to figure out. It's obviously powerful if you can get it working, but, for what I wanted, I suspect it's a major overkill. Searchign for so

I used this to: Used for a school site. Wanted to turn off annoying warning about no files in a directory. Couldn't find where to do it and couldn't ask on the forum. I sometimes wonder whether developers actually think about the end user. This annoying warning comes in all these plugins.
Owner's reply: What don't you understand (from the description here):

"Support

The extension is completely free, but you need a subscription for support:
https://joomla-extensions.kubik-rubik.de/subscription"

You get the extension already for free! I put thousand hours in the development of my extensions and still give them away for free. You can not afford a ridiculously small amount for the support subscription to compensate my time to solve YOUR problem?! Come on!

Users like you make me think about starting to sell my extensions or removing them completely...

So many options to style EVERYTHING! I suggest you purchase the add-ons as they are cheap (and keeps the developer developing) and they make

Ease of use
It's powerful, so can be overwhelming with everything installed. It takes getting used to and there is one area I think could be improved.

Support
Cedric is one of THE onto-it developers on JED. His support is fast and clear. You never get inane comments like "That's simple with CSS".

Documentation
Documentation is a bit lacking. OK for the main module but add-ons aren't well documented.

I used this to: Travel site - very powerful with some great styling options, especially in mobile - loved those and so did the client!

Cannot do sub categories - you only have one level of categories - no way to split them further

Simple enough though it's quirky. Images are invisible in the backend if there are spaces in filenames.

Average to poor. Had an issue where it interfered with the site BG image - support blamed my BG image. Lack of familiarity with English a hi

I used this to: I used it on a number of sites. Where you want a basic Google-like gallery it's not bad. For anything else, it probably isn't the best option.
