Functionality
Almost perfect. There were a couple of things I made suggestions about and these were well received.
100
Ease of use
Like any more complex extn, it took a little while to understand, but once done, it's a breeze!
100
Support
Kept trying to push the slider past 100! Support is outstanding!
100
Documentation
Very solid dox - other developers take a look - This is how you should document your extns.

Value for money
Tried 2 others previous - much less dollars, but far worse value - they were useless.
I used this to: Chamber of Commerce website. They loved it!

Functionality
LOVE being able to make the module do its own location rather than writing code to float, center, etc.

Ease of use
DOH - even Homer could use it!
100
Support
Never needed - too easy!

5 STARS!

Functionality
Great set of features, and set to get better!
100
Ease of use
No documentation - not needed! So easy to understand - fantastic!
100
Support
These developers understand what customer service is. Fast response to tickets, and more than willing to accept, and implement suggestions p
100
Documentation
Very lacking written dox, but, if you can't easily work out how to use it (GREAT tooltips in the module) then you have real problems!!

Top!!
I used this to: Used for our own website, but will use over and over. We researched all the offerings on JED. Some did a few things better than WS Portfoilio, but it beat them in all other areas. I sent them a list of (IMHO) improvements and got a thank you, "We're working on them!" back.

Plain login module is OK

Functionality
It's a login module, admittedly with a few more features than some, and it's free UNLESS you want social media login...

Pretty good

Functionality
I've scored it low on this category as its category ordering set up is horrible. Where is drag and drop? Tedious with lots of categories.
52
Ease of use
Also scored low because of reordering issues.
79
Support
Fast support, though not as interested in upgrading on suggestion as some other developers. Seems their way or no way until a new version.
83
Documentation
I think most things I've looked up have been adequately answered.

Good.
I used this to: Classifieds ad site. With some improvements, this could be an A++ extension.

Functionality
Although the free version has limited social logins, I gave the PRO top marks for covering a good range.

Not really a serious option for your site

It's a serious contender for best toolbar for Joomla, but only because there really isn't any competition. The concept is excellent, but the delivery is poor.

Confusing documentation (2 different ways to install - one breaks your template, the other doesn't work as expected)

KISS principle not followed making this confusing for potential visitors to use = no use = waste of time having it there.

It's free to use, yes, but not unlimited tool bars (couldn't find how many is NOT unlimited). $99 a year price tag to, basically, remove their logo and have unlimited toolbars is lala-land stuff.

Uninstalled quickly.

Used once before and it was very good

Posted on 30 June 2014
Previously I had version 2.50 which must have been free at that time. Since then it's been made paid - fair enough, the dev needs to recoup time spent. However, the free version is a waste of download time. It does little useful and the only reason I looked at it was that I needed to use Joomla 2.5 for another component. If I'd been able to use J3 I'd have never looked.

Oh my goodness!

I am so sick of blog components for Joomla either not working or being overpriced. After the last fiasco I was sorry to install, I searched for "auto insert read more joomla" and found this. Fantastic!

No it doesn't make Joomla articles into a real blog, but, combined with a sharing plugin this does a pretty darn good job.

Thank you!

Good, but lacking a major feature

Would be excellent if you could import.....

Yes, look through it and you'll see "Import" but that's wrong and relates to English as a second language (I assume). "Import" allows you to "export" BF articles to make them regular Joomla articles (guess it has some use). But there is no way to really import anything into BF.

So, if you have an existing site, with many posts, be prepared to manually add every post to BF to make it functional. IMHO, this is a fatal flaw. I asked about import and was told "...it's not implemented in this version..." No thank you, no "we're looking into it", no "gee, that's a good idea".

Having said that, for a new site or a revamp of one which doesn't have a blog, BF would be a great component. Powerful features and reasonably intuitive even without reading the dox. If they put in a proper import of Joomla articles I would give it 5 stars.
