If the component doesn't work for you - don't even try to get a refund. They don't offer it.
I used this to: When I first installed the component, it didn't work as advertised, so I ended up finding a different solution. I asked for a refund since I wasn't going to use the component, but the company refused. I basically wasted my money.
Owner's reply: Our refund policy is clearly stated in the TOS that you accepted by purchasing on our site. We will only grant refunds if you have contacted us for support and if we are unable to make it work on your site. The refund is NOT granted if you don't ask for support, you don't follow our instructions or you don't give us a chance to rectify the problem you are having. Just saying "it doesn't work - I want refund" is not acceptable reason for granting the refund. This software is digital download and can't be returned. Also, the "give me refund or I will leave a bad review" tactics never helps.
