As anyone can see there, we did told you where the problem was coming from and it had nothing to do with HikaShop. The problem was not even localized to HikaShop but even the login of Joomla didn't work on your website because of a wrongly configured cookie path.
So saying that their is no support seems a bit harsh.

Thanks for taking time to write review for our product. I however, disagree with some parts in your review:

1. About the support

You said "Support can be slow". I tried to search for support tickets base on your name but I could not find any tickets, so I don't know why you said that. I can be proud to say that support is one of the best thing from us and we work very hard to support our customers. I work on support both day and night, even on weekends (and do you believe that I even work on support on NEW YEAR HOLIDAY, too). Usually, your support requests will be sorted from few hours (even immediately) to 24 hours (if the ticket is submitted during our midnight). Of course, sometime, you might have difficult ticket which we could not come up with solution right away, so we need more time, but in that case, we will ask you for more time. I believe there are not many companies out there provide same level of support as us.

2. About the Value for money

If you have any features you want to add to the product, please help submitting your requests on features wishlist forum and we will add support for it if it is useful (and at least few other customers need it). Honestly, with 40$, you have a solid, features rich extension to use on 20 different client websites, I would say that the price is very cheap. So I expect the rating for Value for money to be 1000 instead of 90 as you rated :) (you can compare with features and price of other extensions in same category) . Many customers even suggested us to increase the price for the product.

Thank you for your review. I'm surprised a bit by your 0 for support. We have an active forum and I have corresponded with you via email about some questions you had. Our newest version has improved work-flow that will hopefully make getting the hang of all the options more easy.
