Functionality
It is a fully equipped code/html editor, with extended search features and replace options. The multiple cursor selection is a big plus.

Ease of use
Has syntax highlighting for different types of code (php, css, html...) and comes with several very good themes to choose.

Contains the basics, and would be nice to have a bit more on the editor's use and search examples.

I used this to: Cleaning up old, outdated or uneccessary code from old articles - and saved me a huge amount of time. Very convenient when you want to insert code in multiple areas simultaneously - or remove it. It's a fine editor if you want to work with code only.

Comes handy in lots of cases

A much-needed solution for replacing google maps, and one that works great.

Functionality
Works immediately and helped me get rid of the google maps junk. Why hand over billing data to google, when there is Open Maps?
100
Ease of use
Easy enough. And easy to incorporate everywhere in a site, since it's a module. Many thanks to the developer!

Documentation
Not much, but includes the necessary, and the module's options are self-explanatory.

I used this to: Showing maps within calendar events, or articles (that include sometimes these calendar events).

It fits anywhere in the site, solving many styling/positioning problems. It also works well with many templates.

I used this to: Template designs, where displaying the full login Joomla module wasn't a desirable option.

Disappointed!

I installed JEvents for Joomla! 1.0.x under the impression that it was a decent calendar component. Unfortunately it wasn't. The most annoying bug was that if I defined an event as recurring yearly, JEvents ignored its settings completely and only showed the event once. I took extra care to make the proper changes at the settings - and no matter what, there was absolutely no way to successfully set an event to occur yearly.

In addition besides the monthly view, no other view actually worked. The browser error was always the same "the request is being done in such a way that it will never complete". There were search indexing problems, sef problems and events problems. In addition there was absolutely no support at the developer's forum, as anyone can see with a simple visit.

I had to uninstall it and chose JCal instead which actually works. What a waste of time...
