Functionality
Seems to do everything I could picture, and it actually works!!
100
Ease of use
After trying so many other extensions that were needlessly complicated, this one is SO easy to use. The design is intuitive. THANK YOU!!

Support
So easy to use I never needed support!
100
Documentation
The design is intuitive so I honestly never needed to refer to the documentation.

Difficult to Use

Posted on 03 August 2017
50
Functionality
Seems to be lots of functionality but difficult to evaluate as the user interface was impossible to use.
5
Ease of use
The editing screen was poorly implemented, with the drag/drop screen sitting on top of the list of fields so it was hard to edit
10
Documentation
Documentation was horribly out of date and did not match current user interface.

I used this to: Attempted to create a basic volunteer signup form. But got so frustrated with the interface than I eventually just gave up.
Owner's reply: Hi,

you obviously were enabling and using the legacy mode that we left for compatibility (Config => "enable legacy modes").

The default and recommended mode is the "QuickMode" and is indeed easy to use compared to the legacy modes.
99% of users go for this one and love it.

But yes, you are right, there are many features included in the free version already.
I think you won't find nothing like this for free elsewhere.

However, I would strongly suggest to use the default mode and correct your review.

Regards,
Markus

Functionality
Was constantly getting errors when trying to save settings.

Ease of use
Just let me create a basic form, why the need for all this extra layer of templates and such

Documentation
Seems to have been written by someone paid by the word. Says alot, answers little.

I used this to: Just trying to create a basic volunteer signup form. Wasn't able to, moving onto another extension
Owner's reply: We don't believe that this is real review of a real user.
This so called "user" has down-rated this , let's say established, form extension also has down-rated another established form extension and
gave 100 to a relatively new form extension AT THE SAME DAY!

Well if someone out there believes that this coincidence fell free to use the top-rated form extension of this reviewer.

We didn't get any support requests by this user.
We are convinced that this is a fake review.

Doesn't work / No Support

It appears pretty simple and a well designed widget.

Unfortunately the installation is the only thing that worked. Can't get slider to appear. Tried to use their support area but that doesn't work either.

So you're on your own to get this working. Hopefully you can because it looks nice in theory.

Excellent Product and Support!

Easy to setup. Configuration is fairly self-explanatory. Does what it says.

However, even the best extensions have bugs or things you don't quite understand. I had both, and the support was excellent! Prompt and helpful responses. In fact, for one particular issue, it was only a few hours between when I reported it and it was resolved.

No documentation

The component itself is very nice and shows a lot of potential. But there are a lot of things that don't work, and documentation on how to use it properly is almost non-existent.

If there were documentation on what the various settings or fields were, I'd give it 5 stars. Hopefully the developer documents it more thoroughly.

Wow, so many options!! What to do!?!?

Not often you're presented with some many anti-spam options that you're not sure which one(s) to pick!

But even with that many options, configuration is easy and well laid out.

More importantly, it works! First time! Without hassle!!

Have success with ECC+!

Doesn't Work

I expected a plugin with the name "Security Images" to actually show....well, Security Images.

It doesn't.

Installed easily enough. Configuration is pretty simple, not much one should be able to screw up. But after trying with all three captcha types on all five components, I can't get a security image to show up on ANY of them.

There is no documentation for Joomla 1.6/1.7, nor is there a support forum for it. The contact form to contact the author is broken.

You'd think something that was very recently updated for 1.6/1.7 would be better supported.
