When Xmaps didnt work on my Joomla 3.1 site, and I could see from the forum that other users had the same unanswered problem, I turned somewhat reluctantly to this.

I had a number of questions which support dealt with immediately.

The program works great, does exactly what it is supposed to, and I am very satisfied.

But the really remarkable thing is the immediate support service.

They literally don't go away until they know your site is working properly!

Thoroughly recommend.

One to trust! Installed easily, and worked perfectly. And even better, when my settings didn't work as I wanted them to, Alex kept on going until I had the results I wanted.

A great new extension from SourceCoast - and a worthy development on their JFBConnect. Helped me through my messup of configuring the LinkedIn API. Support is faultless. Good to see that they have avoided the need for SSL too.

I have used this product for over a year now, and have found it to be useful, and reliable.

I discovered a clash with another of my programs, and reported it. Got an instant reply, and the issue was sorted out by upgrading to the latest version.

Very efficient. I wish all organisations helped this way.

Great Support

I have been working through this component - testing it for a client, and hit a clash with another component. The support was excellent - quick responses, support was fast to find the errors, and the bug fix (the other organisation's code) was made to the promised schedule. The process of upgrading an issue from the forum to submitting a ticket is effective too.

Loaded product and got it working. Then I managed to mess it up badly (don't even ask!).

Support responded with instructions, each time within a few minutes of being asked. And finally when all the obvious stuff had been checked and eliminated, they logged and fixed the site for me.

It all works like a dream now Ive stopped fiddling wth the controls... Many thanks SugaryCB!
