Great for Tourism site

Functionality

We developed a tourism site with JBusiness directory and found the functionality a near perfect fit.

Ease of use

I had used the system a few years back, great to see it has "grown up". Once you got into the intuition of the program it all makes sense.

Support

I a complex application there are always questions. The support got back to us within 1-2 days and was very helpful.

Documentation

Love the "How to" section where you get step by step instructions. We passed this on to the sales person and it cut down our training time.

Functionality

It does what it say it does

Ease of use

You have to go through the manual, but I did not find it difficult.

Support

The support is extremely good. I have spoken with Julien a few times and he assisted me promptly and professionally.

Documentation

The documentation is straight forward and to the point.

Value for money

The component is worth every $ spent.

Functionality

A great directory for allowing businesses to create their own listings and for them to to promote their offers and events.

Ease of use

As a complete beginner and novice I find this module very easy to use and CMS Junkie have held my hand along the way.

Support

I couldn't ask for better support. They are patient, quick and will often help me with my continuous progression and configuration.

Documentation

The documentiation is good and quite detailed. The support desk and forum is there to assist if the documetation doesn't answer your query.

Value for money

I have no issue with the mainetnance fee, I am happy to help fund the continuous development of the software.

This is a great tool to get a fully functional, user friendly directory online in a short amount of time with its ease of setup

Ease of use

Simple to install and setup and easy for users to use

Support

Support queries were handled within 24 hours and issues were sorted with professionalism

Documentation

Documentation is decent enough for the simplicity of the component but could do better to explain certain functions

Value for money

With the amount of money you can potentially make from a well-run and marketed business directory the cost is well worth it

Functionality

This component allows for a lot of customisation to tweak the output. You can easily specify which fields you want to search and filter by.

Ease of use

Very easy to get up and running. I think the business listing pages can be cosmetically improved slightly.

Support

Outstanding. Tickets are answered most often within the hour with full and helpful replies.

Documentation

A decent PDF manual, backed up by active forums and direct support.

Value for money

It's a rock-solid component that does exactly what it sets out to do, backed up by excellent support. A no-brainer to use this.

I used this to: I tried various other components, such as Mosets Tree and SobiPro. The sticking point was postcode search. This allows me to not only perform that, but also to allow users to filter by category on initial search, with many other filters being displayed on the results page.

Give me all I wanted to use at the beginning.

Ease of use

Very intuitive even for someone who does not have knowledge of CMS.

Support

Very Great support. They answer fast, they solve our issue and they help when you don't know how to do something.

Documentation

The documentation is good adn give you good information to start. But can still have detail improvement.

Works great, dynamic directory so automatically updates images and information on your site once setup correctly, good for SEO

Functionality

With a few minor omissions (e.g. support for Smart Search, related businesses feature), this extension does just about everything you need.

Ease of use

The extension is fairly easy to set up but I did need to refer to the excellent documentation and ask for help on the forums once or twice.

Support

Support via the forums is quick and useful and the developer seems open to new feature requests etc.

Documentation

The comprehensive User Manual adequately explains the installation, configuration and administration of the extension.

Value for money

Given the feature set, ongoing development and excellent support, the extension is good value for money.

Works very well and has strong upload and reporting features.

Ease of use

Very easy to use with the right amount of detailed settings, maybe could even use a few more.

Support

100% GREAT... George is the man. Spend the money the support itself is worth twice the amount.

Documentation

Good Documentation for installation and initial setup, could use greater detail on extended functionality, but NO complaints.

Value for money

WAY worth it.
