Functionality
Eshop has a great interface to easily add your content, with what you enter the front end of the shop looks great. Lots of options
Ease of use
Right from the start its ease of use shines through. A well written component that's easy to use to get a great looking store.
Support
An actual component that not only does what it says but the support is incredible , all my questions answered. A Credit to developers.
Documentation
The documentation is there with helpful guides, most of my own problems was not reading the docs more closely, so always check the docs .
Value for money
The cost seems low you may expect a second rate component but far from truth, Fantastic value, A must purchase if wanting an ecommerce store
I used this to: For ecommerce store selling goods of all descriptions and this component Eshop handles everything fantastically.

Functionality
Very good. Great functionality and some nice extra payment plugins if needed.
Ease of use
Nice. Nice to use and look through, and much easier than others.
Support
Excellent. Lots of help and support if needed making anything so much easier.
Documentation
Very good. Clean, clear and easy to find / follow. One of the best we have found.
Value for money
Fantastic and well worth the one-off payment. Far better than systems that charge monthly that cost a fortune after a few years.
I used this to: I use this for around 10 different clients, as an e-shop and as an onlie brochure for mutilple photos and its layout etc etc.

Provides an extensive selection of options to organise the shop. Easy to keep track of products.
Ease of use
Not being particularly technical, it was easy enough to understand and set up with products, shipping, payment etc.
Support
Support is excellent. Always quick to respond and helpful even with basic questions.
Documentation
Documentation covers pretty much everything, and the bits I needed more help with came from excellent support .
Value for money
Excellent for a nice clean easy to use webstore that is looked after with updates and friendly support.
I used this to: An artist website, selling original fine art paintings and prints, and other art craft work.

Functionality
EShop has everything what is needed to run a online shop. The system can be so easily adjusted to the reqired needs.
Ease of use
Very easy to use. I was so impressed how easy the usage of the system is. I expected much more what I would have to do.
Support
The best support I ever expierenced. Every ticket is attended within a few hours and the problems I had were always solved. 10*
Documentation
Could be a bit better and more up to date but with this support you even need no documentation.
Value for money
Perfect !!! For this support and the functionality I would be ready to pay even more.

Recently switched from Virtuemart to Eshop, what a relief. No trouble anymore to fit the looks of the webshop to your template.

Functionality
Eshop offers out-of-the-box many functionalities that other shop extensions are missing!
Multilanguage works great with Joomla and Eshop.
Ease of use
The software is very clear. Setting up shipping costs can be a little bit difficult. But once set up it works great.
Support
Very good and fast.
Usually answered within a few hours.
And more important with the answer you are looking for.
Documentation
Exactly what you need to know. Just read it carefully and you will come out without help.
Value for money
Certainly, I have been making web shops for over 15 years and have used different systems. Eshop is the best system yet.
I used this to: A food and non-food shop in a custom made template. 1 Shop is a multilingual webshop.

A few small things are missing but for my purposes it is completely sufficient.
Ease of use
Ease of use kept very clear and easy to understand. If you have a little experience, you understand everything very quickly.
Support
The support is great. Giang helps where he can and also showed me how to change the code.

Value for money is very fair because the support is great and you get a great shop system for little money
