SimpleForm2 Module

This module allows you to create any contact form or order form in any place on your website without any programming skills. No additional components or form builders. Only thing you need to know is HTML. You may also need CSS and JavaScript to build more complicated forms.

It's very easy to use and to set up. I love the flexibility to add own code for the form. It is nice that response page after the form has been sent can have html tags as well. Light, and as the title of the extension says... very simple.

Can't fault it. Set up in about 3 mins, very easy to use. Simple to style with CSS. If you just want a simple form builder and don't need entries saved to a database, this is perfect.

A very simple yet powerful extension for those who need just simple feedback form (probably, with some additional stuff like Radio buttons, Lists etc.)

The only thing I would like to have is differen CSS examples for styling the form.
