In version 1.7, there are 12 new payment plugins was released : Paypal Pro, Google Checkout, FirstData , Moneybookers, 2Checkout, Authorize.net SIM, Worldpay, Alertpay, BBS Netaxept, DPS Px Pay, MIGS : MasterCard Internet Gateway Service (Australia), iDEAL Mollie, Securepay, Payflow Pro, Echeck. Now, Payment Form support total 17 payment gateways :) .

It can be used as a payment system which allows customers to pay for a service on your site , can be used as a simple event registration system or a courses registering system or even a simple ecommerce system where you sell several products....Whenever you want to collect information and get payment from your site members/visitors, think about Payment Form.

This is an easy to use extension but suited to forms with a small number of fields. Very limited forms design capability unless you want to mod the app yourself. Product would benefit from additional form controls e.g. collapsible sections, tabs etc and a decent form editor that allows the user to define their own layouts. Form can get ugly and long quickly. Developer advised that such enhancements aren't under consideration.
There are many reviews for this extension.... and there is one good reason for that..this stuff works, and works exceptionally well. Support is fantastic - the BEST I have ever seen.
I highly recommend, not just this expension, but ANYTHING produced by the Ossolution Team.

For the money, this is an excellent form to use. For me, there was a slight learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, I found it terrific.
It's a very viable solution for running e-Commerce on a site.

I chose Payment Form because I wanted an e-commerce form that was simple and straightforward and one that didn't require customers to create a user account. I can say that this form is exactly that. This extension was easy to set up and configure which is nice as I am fairly new to Joomla. There were a couple of hiccups in the set up but the developer was very helpful and took care of these. The price is also modest, which is always a plus.
I was looking for a simple but robust extension to collect information for membership on my site as well as process payments. This tool worked just perfectly for me. It was so easy to install and configure... I couldn't believe it. I used the PayPal option for payments and everything went smoothly. Due to my own fault, I made a bit of mistake in setting up the form. I submitted a support ticket and Tuan was quick to help and very fast with her responses. I definitely recommend this.... it's worth paying for. Great extension guys!
I requested the JED team to custom write a plugin for my site. They said it would be done in three days and it was. After a few tweak requests from me it was up and running perfectly! Great job on a great product by a great team!! Thanks so much!!
The component always works and if there are any problems 10/10 for the support. It's one of the few companies out there that solves problems fast and listens to customer feedback to help improve the solutions. If you need a payment form look no further this one works perfectly!
The most important thing when buying is a Joomla extension is that if it doesn't work correctly, that you get swift and effective support service. This is exactly what Tuan provided.
The technical issue was on my end but he provided a quick, no nonsense response and all was fully functional with 24 hrs.

This is a fantastic tool to accept payment options. We are currently using it to sell 2 products on our website and it is a great alternative to setting up a ecommerce site!

This component saved me a ton of work taking variable payments. Easy to set up and for once, PayPal and Authorize.net gateways worked flawlessly the first try - a first for any plugin I've used.
Good: does the job super flexible calculations and options for setting up.
Few minuses, maybe redirection based on what specific item was purchased out of a list and price zero or blank means the field is something the user can fill in with whatever price they want. Easy to get past but a bit confusing at first.

This is one good form extension that i like, would recommend to anyone in need of a payment form with support for custom fields. I really like their support system especially one called TUAN. Had a problem with the captcha, but managed to fix the prob(although it was not an extension issue).. Thanks guys
From someone who is still a beginner with Joomla, this payment form was very very easy to install, use and good support as well for a couple of questions I had. I used the Paypal option for online payments and I just had to add my Paypal email address and it was set up instantly, payments went through without any problems and the confirmation messages and emails were also easy to do as well.
Installation of the component was easy with zero issues and I was surprised how easy it was to create and customise various forms for different types of product. I had a small query about adding a surcharge amount to the Worldpay payment plugin. Tuan replied promptly with an elegant solution which worked great. Simply stunning support. thanks!
My organization has used this component for numerous websites for a number of years. It's easy to understand and implement and has great features.
The support is horrible though. A number of my clients have upgraded to 2.5 and the 1.5 version of this component is no longer compatible. To get a updated version of this component, though, you have to pay again. I understand paying for upgraded features but when the core system itself requires the component to be updated, requiring payment again is just taking advantage of the customer. Especially when the new version of the component is more of a update rather than a upgrade to make it compatible with the current Joomla software. None of my other commercial components or modules required duplicate payments for up to date software. I'll be searching elsewhere for other solutions from now on

I had a strange issue with payment confirmation so I raised a ticket with the support desk. Tuan contacted me very quickly, found the issue (which was caused by my host who had make changes in security and had not notified me) and he was able to get things working again in next to no time. I'm a very very happy customer :) Definitely a five-star extensions with five-star support!
This extension was perfect for my needs and does exactly what it purports to do. Furthermore, I had some questions regarding its use and received an email response back shortly after submitting a support ticket on their website. Problem solved and now I'm up and running. Great extension with great support. Highly recommended!
