I have no need for support because it works like a charm. Everything is configurable, and it shows very well.
Just 1 issue: "Amount" label is the only text to localize, so I hope developer will do it traducible from backend without having to edit 2 files (undocumented too).

By the way, i have problem to change currency to MYR (Malaysia Currency) as a default.
i submit the support ticket to OS Donate team. I Communicate with Mr Nick. Finally, the problem solved only 1 day!

I've been using the OS Donate module on a site for about 6 months now. It was incredibly easy to set up: I just used the Joomla Extension Manager to upload it, created a module that uses it, and populated a couple properties. When a user clicks on the button in the module, it goes to a PayPal screen that allows them to complete the transaction. It couldn't be any simpler. And it works!
This is a really cool extention. It worked perfect and was really easy to install. I had a simple question that I should have been able to figure out myself. I sent in a request for help and They were very friendly and responded right away. I really LOVE OSDonate and will be looking at the other products this company offers. Thanks!
I have looked at all the paypal modules available here that are non-commercial and this one has the best set of options.
There are just 2 things I would like to have.
1- the ability to set a recurring payment for those dedicated donors but I could live without this.
2- The ability to show who has donated and how much has been donated over a period of time like per month. Included with that should be the ability for a donor to be anonymous and not have his name show on the site.

I was searching a lot for a usable donation module until I found OSDonate. Absolute simple to use but it gave me a powerful donation-modul.
The best is the support for it. Very fast, direct and helpful. Because I wanted to use my own donation-buttom the made a change and sent me a version that did what I want.

I strongly recommend this extension to all of you out there who need a simple to use and effective Paypal donate button. Easy install, set-up and customization and the best support I've ever received for any extension to date. 5*s! :)
Excellent Module. Very easy to install, perfect logic, and well designed. Its great that you can easily choose your own PayPal button. With the beautiful PayPal presentation of this module, it is sure to give potential donors the encouragement and confidence to make a safe, secure, and hassle free donation.
