Christopher has done a lot of work to Simple Quiz since I bought it 6 months ago. We had one or two issues at first, but Christopher has been incredibly quick to reply and always helpful.

Very happy with the component - and extremely happy with the support. If I have one suggestion for improvement (and to save Christopher a heap of time!) that is to provide some instruction documentation. It would save dummies like me from pestering him!

Its one of the best and marvos is a great guy, and a great programmer.

Do not let the name put you off - it is a simple to use component for a quiz, however, it is an extremely versatile and powerful tool.
Christophers support has been fast and fantastic.

Thank you for this low cost effective solution. Support was extremely helpful and responsive. I was very happy with this addition to my Joomla website adding a survey function that delivered responses based on tabulation. This extension does exactly what I needed it to do. I highly recommend it.

I am a fairly advanced Joomla user, but was looking for a way to build an online school without the complications of a LMS. Instead, I figured out how to modify the forum, add an upload file feature AND THEN add a SIMPLE QUIZ module that I could use for different groups during their learning process. This component SEALED IT for me.

It took me all of 30 minutes after buying, purchasing and installing to get a short demo up for my students. SIMPLE is what I needed, and SIMPLE is what I got. Period. Best of all, it "self grades."

I want to thank you for such a wonderful, hassle free job. I only have two things I would suggest... and this is based on my limited knowledge of Joomla:

1. Enable further customization with user groups. I wasn't able to select the specific groups I've created in Joomla 1.7. It could just be "ME" and my limited understanding of how this works. That's why I still gave this component the highest possible rating.

2. The layout in my admin menu was jumbled together. So, I couldn't really see the instructions for the options available to me. But again, I might have some off settings in my browser or something. I was STILL ABLE to figure out what was going on though because of the NEAT ADDITION of inserting the sample text.

GREAT JOB! I'm sure I will purchase more extensions from this company in the future. Thank you for KEEPING IT SIMPLE... AND keeping your costs beyond reasonable. Great extension....

The nicest thing about SimpleQuiz is that it is so easy. Within 30 minutes I had a quiz ready to go that included images, video and a variety of question options. The best part is being able to insert a sample question and answer right into your quiz and simply replace it with your own text. I tried two other Quiz components and was frustrated with either no documentation or a quiz far too complex for my needs. If you want to get a quiz up and running quickly, this is the component for you.

I am a long time user of BF Quiz, however I was under the gun to bring a project on-line and my installation of BF Quiz was not working. The questions I had devloped were to the client's liking and they expected a quiz component to be an integral part of the website. I spent some time trying to resolve the issues with this component, but could not get it to present in a reliable manner.

I did a search of other quiz components and basically did not like what I saw. They were either too expensive, unnecessarily complicated or not functional for my needs.

I ran across SimpleQuiz and liked what I initially saw. I was very surprised and impressed that this component did more than provide a replacement for the other troublesome component.

SimpleQuiz is more than simple, it provides easy to implement functionality in presenting quizzes that I never had before. It is a very powerful and complete component at an affordable price. I was able to port the quizzes I had prepared and present them using SimpleQuiz. The client was very pleased.
