"QR Code Friendly" is multi-language and can be easily translated into other languages (installer package contains en-GB and pt-BR)
If you want to customize the component, just copy files inside the folder tmpl to your template (please see http://docs.joomla.org/How_to_override_the_output_from_the_Joomla!_core).
The module will automatically detect that exists a customized css and use only the classes and attributes of custom css.

I'm very surprised that no-one else has made a note about the extension or a positive mention here as the module is brilliant and should have a lot more followers that just me.
You don't even have to register to use it which is even better and as a bonus the developer gives you choice whether to mention his work or not too.
