I needed a carroussel photo gallery for a project. We bought the Art Sexy Lightbox 2.0 extension. This plugin works very very well.
We combined the plugin with the feature caroussel which needed some changes in the extension. The team of Artetics helped us out very quick on this and made the changes to the plugin and module in no time.
So if you need a simple wokring but efficient photo gallery plugin, and be sure you are helped by a good team, consider this plugin.

I purchased this plugin because it was one of the few that easily allowed a different thumb nail image to the lightbox image, but due to an error totally on my part i could not get it to work correctly so contacted there support. The service i have received has been excellent from start to finish, prompt, helpful, and out of there way to help - if you want a lightbox plugin buy this one!
A really great extension and Artetics provides great support. The nicest lightbox I've seen ...image quality better than a lot of others I've tried. Documentation could be a little more thorough but hey, if the developer doesn't mind giving support, the docs are redundant. Thanks for all your help Artetics!

Exceptionally easy to use, but the best thing of all is the support. I had a problem getting the photo gallery to display properly because I had installed it slightly incorrectly - I emailed the artetics team and got a reply that sorted out the problem seven minutes later. Now that's outstanding! :-) Thanks guys.

Nearly perfect but ability to add image descriptions directly in module manager -rather than in separate text files- would have got this up to 5 stars.
Overall though, excellent value for money!

This extension is fantastic. Out of the box it did not do exactly what I required but getting the script rewrote took minutes just with an email to the support team my needs were met. Keep that service up & I'm coming back again & again & again & again !!! Got the message folks :-)
Very nice product, well worth the money! I wanted multiple galleries on one page and with the speedy support from the supplier I got a great result. The difference between the plugin and the module is not very clear to me, but that may have to do with the fact that I don't know Joomla very well.
Both, the module and the plugin, are working great. Very easy to install and configure. On the developer website there are also many demo examples so you can see all the possibilities that are available.
Maybe the free version was good enough for me, but I bought the full version because I think that good developers with nice products need some credits for all there time they spend programming.
After all, this extension saved me a lot off time!

I did buy the full version of Art Sexy Lightbox as it's the only plugin that can automatically generate galeries from external files.
The option for showing captions was not working, but a few hours after a mail to the developper, I got an answer that it we'll be done, and a day after, I had a new version doing it. Splendid support and really very useful module and plug-in !
