With Joomla extentions, you never know what kind of support you are going to get when you buy a product from someone. I've had horrible experiences and great experiences. Nextendweb, fortunately has amazing support!
There were a few tweaks I needed to it to make this slider work for my needs. Oftentimes when you request new features to a software company, they just say they will put it on their todo list, which means it won't get done for a while. Thanks to Daniel there, he went ahead and added the features I needed to the software the next day.

We have worked with lots of joomla development teams and support teams and I have to say that this is one of the best and quickest support that we ever had.
The product is very well developed and documented and fits very well in any usage, even loaded as a module will make it work like a full featured component.
Further Roland fixed everything in matter of hours, even adding features to fit our installation, and with quick understanding of what needed to be done.
I would recommend purchase of this and long term support of this excellent team.

Not only does this slider offer a lot of options it makes setting up the slides and multiple sliders much easier.
The support is tops. They helped me customize options to meet my needs providing support that basically had nothing to do with how to install or configure the module itself but how to tweak it beyond the default options.

I'm sitting here nearly speechless. After installing Smart Slider on our development system we found it was breaking other parts of our site. Or so it seemed. After contacting Roland at Next End, he was able to diagnose the problem and found the conflict. Issue resolved. I don't remember ever getting that kind of customer support before. Amazing! And the Smart Slider is excellent. Highly recommended.
I can't recommend the Smart Slider enough. A slider that ticked all the boxes for us, Responsive, accepts video, highly configurable.

I invested in the lifetime license of this extension to be able to install it on unlimited websites. I am very pleased with my purchase. I needed a solution that displayed images and also a video in the slides.
I had a problem with the configuration of the slides (user error on my part). I contacted Roland for technical support. He promptly responded with a fix and instructions on use on the weekend no less!

This slider is wonderful but as others have said the support is top notch. After I installed the slider I had a small issue where I needed an extra field and I contacted support, Roland responded to me within 10 minutes and offered to rewrite the component to fulfill my request. I had the updated component, which met all my needs, within the hour!
I really like the product especially that it works on my site just the way it was demonstrated before I bought it. I am happily using it for advertising listings on my Business Directory.

I've spent a lot of time trying to find a good slider and THIS IS IT. Stop wasting your time and just buy this. It's really easy to set up and has lots of different styles and settings to suit any design.
One of the key points to a great extension is the support. The support is excellent and they are doing a great job! Once you buy this you won't need another slider...and it's only $30!! That's nothing.

I am not much for leaving reviews but after a whole lot of time spent and some money along the way I stumbled across Smart Slide. Took a minute to get going but man why did I waste time on the others? Top notch, Full component with tons of options and well worth every penny!
Although I ran into a few small problems when I first worked with this slider, support quickly responded to each of my emails. I love all the options available and how you can insert the module into an article easily. There are still a few options that I feel need some tweaking and some missing options, thus the rating, but overall I think this slider is very good and has the potential to be great.
