I have to say the level of support provided with this module is second to none. I needed extensive customisation of the module to fit into a clients corporate guidelines. The team were extreemly helpfull in achieving my needs. There was a small (very reasonaable) fee to pay for the custom work, which was completed really quickly. Thanks to all @ Pulseextensions!
I'm a little disappointed with this extension. I bought it because I wanted to quickly implement a cookie solution for my website. It was easy to set up, but after I looked at the code I found that it targets European users based on their time zone not their geographical location. I also found that cookies were set in multiple locations. I expected one cookie to cover the whole domain.
Nice and easy to install extension. Works perfect.
This cookie alert is just ook. With my template i need to give a place to popup and it was a pain to do so bacause did not understand why to choose the position because it needs on top of the site but with one position it poped above the site.
But is does what it need to do so i am a very happy man only need to style it to match my site!

This is really great module, I needed to adjust a few websites, both Joomla 1.5 and 2.5 and this extension works like a charm. I have tried different solutions but this one is really the best. Don't waste your time, how I did, trying other stuff. if you need to adjust websites according to the Cookie law, this one is the best choice, also because the support is top.
This was great to use and does not mess anything up, quick installation.

Contacted support before buying, (useful that you don’t have to register to ask a question), would Cookie Alert work with Joomla v 1.5.7? Swift reply, ‘yes, why not’.
Sceptical at first as too whether Cookie Alert would work 'out of the box', but it did, and first time, no messing around with JQ conflicts.
Had a small issue with 'Add This' button image showing through the Bubble Box, contacted support who responded within minutes on how to resolve it, sorted?
To avoid conflicts with other modules I suggest assigning CA to an unused one.
Apart from that, I would thoroughly recommend this to all website owners running Joomla v 1.5 to 2.5.4. to comply with the EU legislation.
The company I work for as a marketing and website manager were quoted £750 to implement a solution.
Remember, unlike other providers of EU Cookie control modules, Pulse support all versions of Joomla from 1.5 to 2.5.4, unlike some who only support the latest versions.

Brilliantly simple and brilliant support, especially for such a low-priced extension. I had an j-query issue with a Coinslider extension on one of our joomla 1.5 websites and although I couldn't give the developers access to the admin of the site, they still issued a full extension update for us to use within hours of asking for help! Five BIG stars!
Simple to install and setup. I was beginning to get concerned about this new EU Cookie Law hoping that a new version of Joomla would be released to comply with it. Sadly that was not to be so I purchased Cookie Alert and although I had an initial problem with it not displaying on my website, the conflict was quickly identified by the support team and has now been fixed. I highly recommend this extension.
Purchased the plugin this morning at about 0900, installed it but it had a conflict with my RocketTheme template. Submitted a ticket, and had a response within minutes. I had a couple of email exchanges with the support guy and the problem was solved by 1115. Really good. Thanks guys!
Despite a small issue after uploading the module, due to my template module positions, the customer support team had this rectified in less than 10 minutes.

Purchased cookie alert and had a conflict with a java app on our site.
Within 15 minutes i had a reply and after giving them access to our site and ftp i then got a email back informing me they had sorted the problem.
The mod is very good and support is professional.
They didn't have to fix the problem but they did , this saved me and my company almost 8 hours of work that i spent on other things .
