I've only just started using the extension but the support to get going has been great. Very fast response via the support page and although I installed the wrong version and didn't read the FAQ fully the support person was very good and guided me in the right direction. The popup is now working fine and looks good. Thanks.
I was looking for a pop up that worked in a particular fashion (not in a hidden div etc)- so exchange some emails with the company, which where answered very quickly and in the most helpful of manners! So I purchased the product and now use it on all my Joomla websites (over 200!). I had a couple minor issues with the popup not working on pages where other extensions where installed - I submitted a support ticket and the fastest response ever! The problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes of me raising the ticket and they supplied me with the new file so I could use it on my other sites as well! I looked in to many popup modules, but this one is by far the best on paper and in reality is doesnt fail to impress either! Thanks Guys!
D'ont spend money for this. I installed the component unter Joomla 1.7. It didn't work at all. The support helped to fix the problem but know the component does allmost nothing of that one can see on the demo site. Changes to the components parameters have absolutely no effects on its behaviour. Forthermore it cannot be integrated within a menu - as seems like to be on the demo site. ALL THIS FOR 35$! Don't use it!

This is NOT a "COMPONENT" its a "MODULE". It does exactly what it says and demonstrated in our demo page.
The support from these guys is second to none. I had a number of problems getting the module setup how I needed it (using loadposition in an article), but through a combination of their instant messenger support and support ticket system they resolved all my issues, and even set it up for me.
I now have it setup with several links (actually, several loadpositions) within an article, which each open different articles in popup windows.

The module is easy to install and to use. It does exactly what it's mean to. The support team is the fastest and kindest I've ever worked with. I had an issue with an image gallery due to jquery conflicts and they solved it incredibly fast. They are superb. They always listen to the client needs and are ready to help. Due to my particular needs, I would like they consider the option of adding thumbnails for article popups in future versions, although right now you can achieve that using css.
Lightbox Content Popup is easy to install and customize; I had an incompatibility issue with my template that I solved after some research, but customization parameters are not enough for my needs.

Thank you very much for your review. You could have raised a support ticket so that we could have solved the issue .
The module may have jQuery conflict issue if the same jQuery library loads in your template. In that case you have to disable the Load jQuery so that it doesn't conflict.
This is great module to use and a great company! When I asked if it could be customized to show a photo gallery of thumbnails that would each pull up a corresponding article the customization was done quickly and a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!
This extensions does what it says but I need more options to define whether the popup will be displayed, definitely not what I expected.

Thank you for your review. The extension works "Exactly" what we say and don't have other features that anybody might expect. We would have tried to improve it if you would have clearly mentioned about what you really expected.
