I've been using this component on a client site for about 4 years and my client loves it. What really wowed me was when it came time to migrate the site to 2.5 and the AWESOME support I got from Jan. Got it migrated easily thanks to him and saved me countless hours. Thank you for a great extension and even better support.
I've used the Lite version and the Pro version for a gastro pub in London and both are very good at laying out easy to use menus. Ideal for a client with minimal experience and they look good on the front end too. Easy to modify the code and Jan is a great guy to deal with.
I'm using the comercial Pro Version of this component for a Fastfood-Delivery-Company. They're using this great peace of software for Publishing theyte menues on the Internet. But that's not all. The PDF-Feature in the Pro-Version generates over PhocaPDF High-Quality PDF-Files. They are so good, that they can be also be used in the Restaurant.
This Component saved me a lot of Programming time and The Client would save lot of thime in the Future. So its Just great work by Jan!
The only thin what can be better is the ordering of the Component. But I think that Jan would handle this soon.

This is a great product took me a second to learn how it works. There was now manual to go with it. Once you figure it out it worked well for my needs. One thing I would add is a menu item to add the food item to the groups on the top bar. But for the price you can't beat it!
Straight forward installation and setup.
The Lite version does a great job if you only have one menu to display. But if you're like me and have the need to display multiple menus and wine/beverage lists, then the Pro version is the way to go.
With the PDF menu plugin, the client only needs to maintain one set of lists for both website and restaurant use.
Jan, the developer also handles the support, which is pretty good considering he's a one man band.
Great work Jan! I can see this extension just getting better and better as time goes by.
