For Amazon S3, you can upload and delete objects, and create and delete buckets. You can create download files and packages (consisting of multiple files), and make files available for download on your site. For Dropbox you can view the files on your account, upload and delete them, and add them to download packages. The downloads can be grouped into packages, making them easy to organise. Both the download files and packages obey the Joomla ACL, so that you can make them available to specific groups only, eg registered users.
