Functionality
Does what it promises. User must fill in the form, click the button and that's it! Also has a check on some forbidden words :-)
Ease of use
Very straightforward. Just fill in the required fields, publish the module and you're off to go!
Support
Support from Daniel is beyond expectation! I needed help in modifying the layout of my contactpage and he helped me very quickly on my way.
Documentation
Simple and useful. I took a look at it before installing but in fact didn't need it.
I used this to: The contact page of my site. It's easy to use for everyone, even without technical knowledge. Doesn't have a steep learning curve like most other contact forms and combinated with some custom html modules makes a nice contact page.

Functionality
The module does its job correctly and without any problems, but I wish there was an option to disable the name field
