An online Chat extension (Ajax driven) for Joomla, allowing users to chat regardless of the page they are on, where the chat window accompanies them on every page they are browsing, and they can stay in touch with each other.

Functionality

Can be used for intranet/internet Collaboration Site, sports or events site, social media. dating site, training, B2C (business to client)

Ease of use

The interface navigates like the AOL, MSN, ICQ, Facebook so it is easy to work with and has a familiar UI style once you have it open!

Support

The response time is very quick <24 hours and the developers provide solutions in plain English the layperson can understand.

Documentation

The documentation is very straightforward and easy to follow. They have images of the menu options and the why and how of its usage.

Value for money

Due to the extensive features built into the app, including the option to create IM Advertizing (revenue generator) It's an inexpensive deal

I used this to: I am running a social media site where I wanted the users to interact in a real time and collaborate. Not only does this satisfy that requirement but it is the closest thing to AIM, SKYPE, MSN stand alone products that you have running off your site. It is fantastic
