The ActiveHelper LiveHelp Server is UTF-8 multi language. The documentation is comprehensive, but due to ease of use we rarely use it

Functionality

I've been using this for years (renewing my license regularly). The client is very happy, it fits their need perfectly.

Ease of use

Ease of use has only increased. It's become much easier for the customers to log in and very easy to set up.

Support

I've never had such good, fast support from a component, template, etc. Peter truly goes above and beyond.

Functionality

It works without any problems at all. Easy to install and to remote other sites. Impressive!

Ease of use

Easy to use if just study the manual. Impressive desktop chat panel!

Support

The support have solved all my problems. We ran in to a really unusual problem on a restricted shared server but found a workaround.

Documentation

The documentation is absolute complete and covers it all!

Value for money

It is for sure value for the money, especially if you run many sites. One cost only and can manage as many site as you want!

I used this to: Customer support and for visitors on my site to ask questions.

Functionality

Functionality is great; I can use it on Mac or Windows and I love the ability to track and engage with my customers via the mobile app

Ease of use

Very easy to get up and running fast and the Admin area is simple to navigate.

Support

Excellent support; fast to reply with any questions, and very helpful.

Documentation

Documentation is nicely laid out and explains how to configure all the options well.

Value for money

I know of at least one other commercial (non Joomla) script that costs 10x what this one does and there is no difference in functionality.

I used this to: Providing pre-sales support to my web customers and website tracking for Analytical purposes.

Considering that many sites have monthly fees per seat, this product is priced very well.

Functionality

Works just as described.

Ease of use

Interface is intuitive. Installation was seamless the first time; had a couple issues the second that were cleared up quickly.

Fast and good. Gave access to my site and they went in and identified, fixed, and explained.

Very good. One time price, no continuous fee.
