Contact Form Maker is a great tool for getting in touch with your clients. The extension is easy to use with its user-friendly back end functionality. It includes a number of different fields most commonly used for the Contact forms, e.g. Name, Email, Address, Drop down lists and etc. The fields can be adjusted and rearranged within a few simple steps.

The product is fully responsive, so that the user will get a chance to request and submit information using different devices and gadgets.

The aesthetic needs can be satisfied using one of the numerous themes included in the package of the Contact Form Maker.

Moreover, the themes can be customized using the CSS file of the theme.

The Contact Form includes anti-spam protection coming enhanced both with Captcha/Recaptcha possibilities as well as Blocking IPs features.

The product has Google maps support for providing geolocation of your office or business.

The created Contact forms can be easily attached to Menus or embedded into the articles using shortcode possibility.

After the submission the users will receive an automatic response about the further actions based on custom text and redirect page possibilities. There is also a possibility of sending the filled contact forms to the submitters.

Functionality

This plugin is excellent. It has a fun drag and drop formatter on the backend.
It could be smoother in a few organization details

Ease of use

Support has answered my questions through the WordPress Plugin Support forum (this forum) overnight.

I was looking for a form, Came across this one, read the reviews and thought give it a go: Installed with ease set it up and It did not work, (more than not something I did) I contacted support and they where FANTASTIC!!! 10/10 sorted it all out and now it works GREAT...Thank you!!

Which I really appreciate is the possibilities in simplicity. This extension is an excellent one. This is a full responsive contact form with great functions. Also the support is great and very professional. In one world there is nothing to add.

A very easy contact form that has all the features I need. There are lot of responsive themes so I didn't spend much time to find the most fitting theme for my website.
