Pro edition (optional)

A Pro upgrade adds payments with live totals, conditional logic, multi-step and multi-column layouts, additional field types, and CRM and SMS integrations such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Twilio. The free edition is fully functional on its own.

Free edition limits (as of 1.2.2): up to 3 active forms and no limit on submissions; some advanced field types and integrations are part of Pro. Forms you already have keep working exactly as they are. The limits only apply when you create a new form or edit an existing one.

Pro is coming very soon with payments, conditional logic, multi-step and multi-column layouts, more field types and integrations, and the built-in theme presets. Stay tuned.

What's new in 1.2.3 - June 05, 2026

• Scheduled submission cleanup. The per-form "Automatically delete old submissions" option now runs as a dedicated background task, clearing old entries automatically on the schedule you choose. Submissions still awaiting a payment (incoming pro version) are always kept, and large sites are processed in safe batches.
• More reliable submission deletion. Removing several submissions at once, or deleting a form along with its entries, now clears every selected record in one go.
• Cleaner saving in the free edition. Forms no longer show the occasional incorrect "Pro feature" notice when saving standard notification and confirmation email settings.
• Form builder polish. Fixed a harmless background error when opening the form builder, with no visual change.

Version 1.0.14 - April 16, 2026
Fixed a bug where form settings could grow unexpectedly large when saving forms with an encrypted Mailchimp API key configured, potentially causing slow builder loads and database errors. If you experienced slow form editing or "packet too large" errors, updating to 1.0.14 resolves the issue — simply re-save the affected form once after updating.
