Use this forms tool to create unlimited forms and embed them directly into any article. Add custom fields as needed. Create forms for custom registration, custom contact pages, lead generation, reservation forms, ticket systems, etc.

Tool also captures and stores data in back end of Joomla. Also includes a front end control panel where users and staff can dialogue.

Tool can automatically assign leads to staff, or be manually assigned.

Tool includes private comment functions which allows staff and admin to communicate about specific leads.

Forms also capture some hidden values such as referring url, browser type and search keyword if available.

System has optional CAPATCHA to reduce spam if it is a problem.
