Functionality
Extremely limited. Validation is only possible on numeric and email fields. No calender, no date picker.
Ease of use
It's very easy to use, with a bit of tinkering you don't really need a manual or documentation.
Support
Since it's a paid extension, support is good. UniteCMS support is always good.
Documentation
There is a demo page online where you can try things out. That's it.
Value for money
I honestly thought this was a beta test version, not ready for production. I contacted UniteCMS and they told me: 'no, this is for real'.
I used this to: I don't. I trashed it. Money gone. Not a lot, but any charging any amount of money for such a limited extension is too much. Especially from UniteCMS I expected a lot better. I have several UniteCMS extensions, which I recommend very much. This one I don't. STAY AWAY!

Functionality
Where do I begin, this extensions has so many great features, it is hard to start, the best is to try the product online.
Ease of use
For a experienced Joomla user this should not be difficult to use, it is a matter of getting familiar with the layout, give it a go.
Support
I have found that with all UNITE CMS products the support is very good and this is no different.
Documentation
The documentation to date is an online DEMO within which you can customise/familiarise yourself with the many features.
Value for money
As with all UNITE CMS products, given the features and benefits that you get for your money, this is great value for money.
I used this to: I have just found and starting to use this product, I will use it as a straight forward 'Contact Us' form, but it potentially offers so much more, that I have yet to fully appreciate. You can locate it anywhere by using the shortcodes, with a menu or within an article.
