Functionality

First view of the new user's profile says 0 friends, but corrects itself after viewing friend list. I think this is a JomSocial issue though

Ease of use

VERY simple to understand the usage.

Support

A++!! I asked for an extra feature and it was taken care of very quickly.

Value for money

Price is nice and low.

I used this to: We needed to have all JomSocial users in a certain Joomla usergroup be friends with all other users in the same usergroup. The extra feature I needed was to limit it by usergroup instead of just friending ALL users. Quickly received a beta version with that featured added.
