Ease of use

Es ist sehr Benutzerfreundlich und intuitiv und für alles gibt es ein Manual.

Support

Der Support ist perfekt!! Schreibt Du heute eine Mail mit einer Frage kriegst Du spätestens in 24h ein Feedback zum Problem!!

Documentation

Für jede Einstellung gibt es ein Manual. Auch im Net findet man viel Support!!

Value for money

Den Betrag den wir für die Komponente bezahlt haben ist sehr niedrig für das was es uns geholfen hat!!

If it brings in the paid premium entries then it is easily worth it.

Functionality

I find there many good features that I need in SobiPro for search, promoting and show "My entries".

Ease of use

It is not very easy to use, but I understand that this is a complex system.

Support

Sometimes encountered with a problem and discovered some small bugs. I was pleasantly surprised to find a rapid team response bug fixes.

Documentation

Could be more detailed Helpers.

Value for money

I think it is normal price for such many possibilities.

Functionality

We used the Promoted Entries and Geo-Location functions, and they both work exactly as hoped (and together!) Absolutely vital for SobiPro.

Ease of use

Easy to use once you get used to it, but it wasn't really intuitive.

Support

EXCELLENT! We had a lot of trouble getting it to work, and they went above and beyond to help, even updating the program to suit our needs

Documentation

Needs better documentation, and putting it into a PDF or similar, rather than Powerpoint. It *is* quite a complicated system, though.

Value for money

Great value for money, especially if you get the whole bundle -- you might want the extra functionality later on, after all.

Well what I can say about the best support ever, I had an issue on my live site.

I opened an urgent ticket and got a reply in 5 min, yes 5 min.

In the 30 minutes to follow I had 4 reply’s immediately and mY issue was resolved.

Bought few of the XTDir extensions, and got the results I wanted, had a bug while customizing a search module, the team gave me support.

It´s an essential and powerfull component for Sobipro and works perfectly well.

Good and clear documentation.

But the most important is that their support is amazing.

I asked for something which was not currently shown in their extensions and they design it for me!!!

Great extension for adding ranking functionality to your directory!

I must admit.. at first I was worried about attaching anything outside of SobiPro's own extensions to the directory.. but Sobipro does lack certain things that make a onlnie directory great.

That is where XTDir comes in.. The extension gives you the benefit to add promotional ranking to your directory with a way to allow online payments to have immediate page rank results.

The documentation is weak, but I have been told it is being worked on. And as I write this review there was a release to help explain it better.

Support is nothing but A+ rated.. the team answer all of my tickets responsively and kept at them until solved.

Indexing of the ranking system can be done either manually or via cron job for larger sites.. which is what we had to do.. 3000 listings re-index ever 20 mins in about 14 seconds on our virtual private server.. (your mileage may differ)

Again, nothing but get things to say.. and actually make so $$$ on page ranking on the way!
