I paid for the extension, and got the download link. However it was the DEMO version.
Ease of use
Not applicable. I received the DEMO version where I should have received a proper paid version.
Support
I emailed support twice to give me the link to the paid version. They never replied.
Value for money

Just one word for this plugin - Awesome . Increases customer interaction which helps increase website sales.

Very simple to set it up. You need to save some settings and you are up and running.
