I recently switched to constant contact and needed an email capture for my joomla site. The html code from CC lacked the aesthetics to match my site. I found this module/plugin and decided to give it a try.



The options available helped the form match my site. I wanted some styling help and the support, not only gave me the code (which was template based, not module based), but they also updated their product to include an option for one of the styles I requested.



In the wide world of extension support, there are all levels.... Joomladds is top notch.

I purchased this extension per the good reviews here. Upon installation of both the module and the plugin it was apparently clear that both of them we completely broken. The extensions opened outside of the back end template and you could not even configure anything. After ruling out that it was not a problem of our own I posted a support ticket. They replied and said they had to rewrite some things due to updates to the Constant Contact API and it would be a few days. I waited 1 almost a week and followed up again to check status and they said that they needed another week. An update to an API does not constitute a 2 week fix, sorry guys. They did offer a refund which I did take advantage of and yes they did follow through.

But I would have rather had the software itself working.

After using the free version of this module, my client required some of the features of the pro version - and at such a bargain price I didn't even think twice on making the purchase.



When it was discovered that something was misbehaving, making the newsletter signup redirect to the wrong page, I contacted the author and received what I consider to be above the bar support - they went out of their way to investigate and fixed the issue (which was down to a unrelated SEF component I might add) really quickly.



Most impressed with the module and the developer and will support again in the future!

If you use Constant Contact for your newsletters this is the sign-up extension you need! When we hit a conflict Joomladds was very responsive in pinpointing the problem. I highly recommend them.

I had purchased this module about a week prior to installing it. I installed it on a Sunday and had a small issue. I contacted the developer through their ticket system and and a response and resolution within hours, ON A SUNDAY. Great module and great service.
