Ease of use

Very easy

I don't know, I didn't need support :D

I don't know, I didn't need documentation :D It's very simply and intuitive

I used this to: ...for articles in the my on-line self-help book, and for an extensive blog :D

Works well with public access articles and other standard access levels. Could not get to work with a custom access level.

Ease of use

Installed with no problems, very simple.

I used this to: A personal blog with some entries for public and some for registered users

Very handy

One of my clients wanted to display their press releases in a module, sorted by year. This module did the trick, and the paid version has an option to hide the month - exactly as my client wanted. I had it up and running within minutes. Great little module!

Perfect !!!

Thank you so much for this perfect module! Makes me sort articles in selected categories into year and months.

Its a major lack that this option is not in core joomla.

Price is also good! Thanks a lot:-)

Just what I needed! Once I figured out the 'only these categories' filtering needed category ids (not names), it worked perfectly. Thank you for your effort.

Nifty Cool Little Mod

Hi.Just installed under joomla 2.5.8 and it works, out of the box, perfectly. Very useful since the normal archived article module did not display correctly for some reason. Thanks. Keep up the good work!

Functional and useful

This extension does exactly what it claims, and does it well. It is simple enough that it really should just be included into Joomla's core to provide basic blog navigation.

Initially I had trouble getting the extension to update automatically, but this can be achieved by disabling, or setting a very low cache and forcing it to refresh itself.

One small annoyance: when styling the ULs in the CSS for this module, it was difficult to remove the list-style-type (bullet points) because it appears to be coded into the HTML. But this is trimmings really.

I'm happy.

I liked how this module works and was very easy to set up... I will not give 5 star for just one reason... I was not able to choose the categories I wanted to show on my website... I would be awesome, if was possible to select the categories to be show, because in my case I wanted to show only articles from Blog category... Other than that, this module is very nice...

Owner's reply: There is an option in the module:

"Only these categories"

It only shows the articles from these categories (give ID's separated by commas, eg: 4,7,99,10)

Works right out of the box, with great support for showing only published posts, only archived posts, or both. Display is similar to WordPress blogs with Year > Month > Article List file tree. Perfectly great free extension. Highly recommend. Using on Joomla 2.5.6
