With Sliders you can make content sliders anywhere in Joomla!
Sliders are also known as 'collapses' or 'accordions'.

The syntax simply looks like:

To make links to certain slides in your page, you can use Slider Links, like:

Outstanding instruction with how-to's, very simple to understand and implement.

I used this to: Adding content inside a nice looking slider so it would be hidden in an article until clicked. Unfortunately for my initial project it won't work as it is not compatible with another component that handles articles, but it will work great on other sites!

Email Protector - Safely cloak email addresses in Joomla! Email Protector cloaks email addresses in your Joomla! website, making them unreadable for spambots. Email Protector is a replacement for the Joomla! core email cloaking plugin. The core email cloaking plugin has a couple of issues and shortcomings. Email Protector solves these issues. NO MORE JAVASCRIPT ISSUES The core email cloaking plugin uses the javascript document.write method, which is outdated and can cause issues with other javascripts. It also relies solely on javascript to cloak the email addresses, which means that if the javascript fails for whatever reason, you cannot see the email address at all. Email Protector cloaks the email addresses in a different manner which solves this issue. It uses both CSS and javascript to cloak the email addresses. When javascript fails to load, it will still display the email address to the visitor, but in a cloaked manner. NOT ONLY IN ARTICLES The core email cloaking plugin is a content plugin. This means it only works in articles and content that is specifically passed through the content plugins. As a result this often means that email addresses in modules and 3rd party extensions are not cloaked. Email Protector is a system plugin and is written in a way that it will cloak email adresses in your entire website. So also in modules and 3rd party extensions. Snippets - make content placeholders. With Snippets you can make reusable snippets (pieces of text/content) and include them into your content via a tag, like: {snippet my-first-snippet} If you edit the article (or module or wherever you put the tag), you will still see the tag. But on frontend view you will see the content of the snippet instead. You can use this to insert much used content for instance. Then, if you change the content of the snippet, it changes everywhere you have used the tag. You can pass along 'variables' with the tag which can be placed inside the snippet.
