SuiteCRM/SugarCRM Customer Portal for Joomla is a free extension for Joomla that lets Joomla website owners add a customer portal in their website with SuiteCRM and SugarCRM as the backend framework and Joomla as the front-end interface. With this portal extension your customers will be able to log into their accounts and create support or complaint cases that they want to be addressed. Through the cases module of your SuiteCRM ans SugarCRM system you will be able to get details of all the open cases and address them as per their priority.

Features & Workflow

A record will be created in contact's module of CRM when a user registers from portal. Whenever a new user registers from the portal a new record will be created in the contacts module of CRM.
Customers can see the list View and detail view of case module and and can add new cases. Admin can view those cases from their CRM case module.
Admin can set portal credentials from CRM by defining a workflow.
