Functionality
I looked at several real estate components and decided on NB Real Estate as I liked the look and feel of the component.
Ease of use
I am somewhat of a Joomla novice, but this extension was easy and clear to use once I got my head around things.
Support
The support was fantastic. I had a few minor issues to solve and change which the guys at Navegabem helped me with.
Documentation
I would have liked a little more comprehensive documentation, but the guys at Navegabem were quick to respond to my queries.
Value for money
Excellent value for money, I highly recommend this component

Beautiful extension, great support

I have been looking for a real estate component for a while and I decided to give NB Real Estate a try because I really liked the look and feel of the component. I bought the Silver support package and it has definitely been worth while. The support is amazing and they have resolved all the small issues in virtually the same day as I have posted the issue.



I think that from a visual design perspective, NB real estate is streets ahead of some of the other extensions (possibly with the exception of Jom Dev), but it has a range of good features.



The guys are working on an XML feed feature for me at the moment and once this is incorporated into the standard build this will be a 5 star component.



It does take some time to get your head around the Categories, features and areas, but the documentation is pretty good and the installation comes with some demo properties which help you to understand how to structure everything.



Give it a try, you will not be disappointed

The Real Estate component allows me to manage my properties very easily and for the first time in a very professional manner.

The support has been excellent and although there were some minor bugs, they responded immediately and I can fully recommend this product.
