Introduction

Portfolio

This is the extension after you have been looking for. Say hello to the new sortable and filterable portfolio Joomla module "WS-Portfolio". Developed using jQuery Isotope and mansonry brings you this responsive Joomla Portfolio modules a lots of options, all of them can be easily set in the nice looking backend of Joomla. Check out the demo or read more about the features.

RESPONSIVE

This Joomla Portfolio Module works on all devices like Desktop PC's, Tablets like the iPad and Smartphones like iPhone or Android. The size and design fits always to your Website and the Viewport. There are 2 Steps in the resize Progress.

ADMIN PANEL

In our new Portfolio Admin Panel inside the Joomla Backend we have added a lot of new Options to control the Portfolio, also Headlines and Texts to help you to setup the Joomla Portfolio within a few Minutes.

PORTFOLIO MAIN FILTER

You can set up to ten Main Filter Items in the Portfolio where you can sort your Portfolio Items for. Also a Main Category for displaying all Portfolio Items as needed. Of course you can add several Filter ID's to one Item.

UP TO 50 PORTFOLIO ITEMS

In WS Portfolio you can add up to 50 Portfolio Items, create them easily from the awesome Joomla Backend of this responsive Joomla Isotope Portfolio Module. Also you have the possibility to add more using the Coding field.

TOGGLE CONTENT

With this Joomla Portfolio Module you have the option to hide your content in a toggle which is only visible when the element is clicked. It's made with a nice Callback Function, after you click the Toggle Button the Portfolio is sorted new in a nice animated way.

LINK TAGS

You can set a optional Link Tag for every Portfolio Item to fully control the Link of the Portfolio Item. Examples are Tags to open the Link in a new Window (target="_blank"), important SEO Tags (rel="noindex, nofollow") or a HTML5 Data Attribute (data-rokbox for example when using the RokBox2 Lightbox).

PORTFOLIO COLUMN CONTROL

You can choose several Columns for each Portfolio, you can choose between a 1 Column, 2 Columns, 3 Columns, 4 Columns, 6 Columns or a 12 Columns Portfolio.

HIGHLIGHT

On each Entry you can activate the Highlight Function for a Portfolio Item, this Item will be having the double Size then all of your other Items, no matter which Column Width you have choosed. Of course it's dynamically based on the Columns of your Joomla Portfolio.

MULTIPLE PORTFOLIOS

You can create as many Portfolios on your Site as you need, for example add a Portfolio for your best Logos, and add another one for your best Websites you have created.

MULTIPLE FILTERS

It's possible for each Item to add several Filter Tags, means one Item can have only one Category, or also two or more.

PORTFOLIO SEO OPTIONS

We have added also many Features that are well for the SEO of your Site, the whole Content is visible for Search Engines and the Image have a Valid Alternative Tag.

Functionality

It works exactly as I need. Plenty of options. Easy to use and works as advertised. Great product.

Ease of use

I watched the tutorial and learned how it should be used. Now the sky seems to be the limit.

Support

Haven't needed support but while using a previous version I made a suggestion that has been incorporated in this version. Wow!!

Documentation

I really didn't use the Documentation much but what I looked for was covered in detail enough for me to understand.

Value for money

Absolutely worth the money. I haven't written a review before, but this extension gave me a reason to do so.

I used this to: A whole mess of stuff on my site. It works in such a way that by using different display options the whole site doesn't look like repetitions of the same theme.

Fantastic module. Lightning Fast service.

Functionality

worked straight up without any conflict, create portfolios, built in modal effects, add links and custom text, isotope effects many customis

Ease of use

really easy to use, utilises joomla menu manager well, no issues. easy to configure.

Support

support is great, even added a new design feature for me within a couple of days.

Documentation

documentation is in the module itself so you can refer without having to go back to a website. it is adequate, and easy to understand.

Value for money

as a developer it is awesome value, there is a bit of competition on portfolio extensions so propably worth a lot more.

I used this to: any image or text menus, pizza shop menus, client video production portfolios. image portfolios if you want to add a brief or need precise configuration. Not really for an image gallery as it isn't built for multiple image uploads, more image or video menu. very well developed.

Functionality

Works well and doesn't conflict with other extensions. I hope they will add the ability to display/hide individual images from the gallery.

Ease of use

There are a lot of options, but spending a few minutes watching their good video explained everything I needed to know.

Support

Had a question about a feature that wasn't part of the extension. Support was quick to respond and provide a solution for my needs.

Documentation

Along with the video, enough to correctly configure the module.

Value for money

Honestly it's more than I like to pay for an extension, but it works and support was great. On a value for money perspective, it is a great

Very lacking written dox, but, if you can't easily work out how to use it (GREAT tooltips in the module) then you have real problems!!

Value for money

Top!!

I used this to: Used for our own website, but will use over and over. We researched all the offerings on JED. Some did a few things better than WS Portfoilio, but it beat them in all other areas. I sent them a list of (IMHO) improvements and got a thank you, "We're working on them!" back.

Functionality

Nice isotope gallery, fully responsive.

Ease of use

Easy to use. But the module loads JQuery, so you may need changes, if you already load a different JQuery version on the page

I was a little worried about choosing this module at first as it had review numbers and no stars showing, but it looked interesting and when I went further I found all reviews at rated it highly, not sure what was going on here with the JED?

That being said, this product was easy to install, easy to use and gave professional results without any fuss. Does what it says, VZ to the developer.
