Functionality
PayPlans functions better than expected and includes a variety of useful features, apps, and more.
Ease of use
PayPlans is easy to use and lets you import sample data to help you set up plans quickly and correctly.
Support
Customer support is excellent. Developers are passionate about their work and respond promptly to customer inquiries and support requests.
Documentation
Documentation is clear and comprehensive, serving as a great resource and offering a plethora of useful information.
Value for money
PayPlans is worth every penny and offers great value for the money.

Functionality
PayPlans is very easy to install and configure. There 'Integrations' database is enormous and easy to use! It's a complete package!
Ease of use
As an 'amateur' I could configure PayPlans with ease! You don't need knowledge to work with PayPlans. It's a dream!
Support
Fast, Friendly, Reliable, ... ReadyBytes does an amazing job!!! They help you with anything, and they do it with pleasure!
Documentation
They have done a wonderfull job with there website. FAQ, Documentation and support. It's one click away, and easy to read and understand!
Value for money
It's worth every penny! You can't find a better deal then this, and the best is: with PayPlans you can make money yourself!
I used this to: Paying Subscriptions/Plans with the Paypal integration. It's fantastic!
Paying Users are automatically placed in a special usergroup, etc.
The Stats and Analytics page is something I have never seen before! Wonderfull work!
There is nothing PayPlans can't do!! Keep it up!

Functionality
I don't think we are even using the full extent of the software's capability. But, what we have used is highly functional and configurable
Ease of use
It seems I have to ask a lot of questions but the forum is excellent.
Support
We are very impressed by the support we receive. Although they use broken english it is is easily understood to accomplish technical tasks.
Documentation
There is good documentation but it leaves me asking questions. The software can be complex because of the shear number of usage options.
Value for money
Great value for the money! Thanks Guys.
I used this to: Creating new memberships and recurring payments.

Really a lot of opportunity. Many applications to customize its use.
Just missing the multi currency to be perfect.

The operation is very simple. And very reactive support

Little bit expensive for one software but it is value for money if you have more than one website.

Functionality
Much happier with the latest version compared to earlier versions. With 10K members, I haven't found anything to limit functionality yet.
Ease of use
Again, if you have older version, I strongly suggest an upgrade. Newest version is much easier to understand and use.
Support
Big problems when I tried to install the upgrade,, My fault.. but Ravi stepped in and went above and beyond to help me solve, thank you Rav
Documentation
I think the documentation could be a bit better, but, it's there.. and is fairly easy to understand and follow. Support makes up for lacking
Value for money
Full paid version.. thanks for the extra free modules... I'm satisfied.. works with my 4Gb of MySql data and 10K members.
I used this to: Adult membership site, with multiple membership levels. Integrates with JomSocial, 123Flashchat, etc. Careful.. you must upgrade to Joomla 3.0 to use the latest version, or you'll have many problems. lol.. I know! thanks Ravi. ;) Great support, but, remember the time difference

Functionality
Very flexible out of the box, well over 100 apps included with purchase to extend functionality as needed.
Ease of use
Very intuitive and easy to configure yet a lot of flexibility to meet a wide range of needs from simple to complex and on through marketing.
Support
I haven't required assistance thanks to a well thought out and documented product. That speaks for itself.
Documentation
I didn't require the documentation for configuration, but I did review it for some of the addons and it seems well thought out and thorough.
Value for money
I'm always skeptical of spending cash on extensions...in this case, it instantly paid for itself with the obvious attention to detail.
I used this to: Paid subscription management. Even better when coupled up with the other primary extensions. I also use Pay Cart and Pay Invoice. All equally amazing.

Functionality of Payplans is great works perfect after installation.
Ease of use
Really easy to use and recommendable.
Support
Support is one of the best I have seen. I have tried many extension and never received this high quality support like Ready Bytes offer.
Documentation
Documentation is there and helps a lot to start with Payplans
Value for money
Value for money is just great, you get so much for paid money its just barely believable.
I used this to: I use Payplans for my paid social media club. Had some difficulties implementing it on my site and had some custom work done from Ready Bytes. This guys know what they are doing and have a high standard support. I really can only recommend it, especially their level of support.

Amazing, don't look anywhere else!

So many apps available to integrate with other components that it seems it could be the solution for any site out there!
Ease of use
Very intuitive but any question are answered promptly by support

Second to none! These guys keep going and going until the problem is solved.
Documentation
Better than most although lots of answer can be found in the forum too.
Value for money
Far too cheap for the support, I have such respect for developers that keep their prices affordable whilst going the extra mile with support
I used this to: To integrate with EasySocial to create paid plans for my social networking site. I have had some integration issues but every one has been solved to my complete satisfaction. Look no further if you need a payment plan solution for your Joomla site!
