Once you get the hang of installing apps and configuring them, this product is excellent

Top notch support, they help resolve conflicts and give a timely response. Even with pre-sales they answered a lot of questions

With all the apps that come with their product and integration with other components, great value

Functionality
Hasn't been put in a live environment yet, but so far testing very well.
Ease of use
Could be more intuitive in places. More of the page templates could be made accessible in the admin instead of "hardwired" requiring editing

Quick. Thorough. Right on target. Some of the best support I've gotten for a Joomla extension
Documentation
Haven't had to really use it too much, but what I have seems adequate.
Value for money
Haven't used it long enough or in a live environment, time will tell. So far, a bit on the pricey side for what I'm using it for.
I used this to: A club membership website. Customer wanted a total membership solution to move from manually managing member base to doing it online. Will be adding more walled off content as time progresses.

THERE IS NO WAY FOR THE MEMBER TO UPDATE THE BILLING INFO FOR A PACKAGE ONCE THEY SIGN UP. If member CC expires or #change will be a problem
Ease of use
Is easy to use, very straigt forward, but once the user becomes a member, there is nothing much he can do, like update the user info or pass

They have a forum, is good and they respond question < 24hr
Documentation
Documentation is good and widely
Value for money
To expensive, it requires more work to worth that.

PayPlan really does what I expect. It includes a lot of flexible functionality. You can add a lot of free APP that make all that you want.

Yes! PayPlan is easy to use. Is a intelligent program. Is a very logic program.

PayPlans does exactly what it advertises. It's an amazing addition to any website that requires it's functionality.
Ease of use
Easy to use, easy to understand, easy to modify - I have experienced no headaches trying to figure out how it works.
Support
The best support I've seen. I've been a Joomla developer for the past 4 months or so, and I have yet to see better from any other teams.
Documentation
Great documentation goes with great support. Very Well done.
Value for money
When you buy a component for Joomla one isn't always sure if it's worthwhile. With PayPlans and its added support, features etc; absolutely!
I used this to: I use PayPlans for integrating a payment option with online quizzes being managed on the website. It's simple to set up, easy to use and understand. If you're unsure - take it from me, PayPlans is worth it.
It simplifies the functionality, and it works. Great job!

I have been a Payplans and JSPT customer for over a year, and recently I had one of those mysterious God forsaken conflicts in the system that wouldn't allow for completion of sales process.



Ready Bytes team with the kind of attention and care you can only expect from a business partner assisted me with troubleshooting the problem in a relatively complex environment which also includes the gateway provider, and eventually we got to resolve the problem. Everything took much longer that I expected, but the devotion of Ready Bytes team never diminished, and they kept at it thru various channels until the final outcome was achieved.



You always get to experience the software thru demos and documentations before you buy, but this aspect of solution providing mostly remains hidden until you get to experience it firsthand in such circumstances; Ready Bytes came out shining as anyone in my shoes could have hoped for.

The extension is very easy to understand and configure. Their apps solve every possible need I had in mind. The documentation is very clear and complete. The support is the best, with people taking a really good care of their costumers. For Sure the best extension I found for Joomla. 100% recommended...
