We moved from Virtuemart to this..... Updates are way less scary, and support is immediate and personal - unlike VM snarky comments by mod
Ease of use
Very straight forward to setup. Obviously a LOT of options, but nicely laid out and easy to understand.

Excellent - tickets are immediately responded to, with specific questions and advice

Value for money
Huge - I'm very happy to stay current
I used this to: subscription based site with over 26,000 members - using authorize.net for payment processing. this component works seamlessly

Functionality
We find all the necessary tools for managing an e-commerce system.
Only one part is missing is the upload of prices for options
Ease of use
If you are an advanced user to entry-level user this should be no issue to manage

Fast support, especially if the code has been changed to troubleshoot issues.

I use it several years and very happy with all features of this extension. I tried before Hikashop ans I like eShop more

Functionality
It is a very diverse application offering many functions both front & back-end. Easy to learn. Satisfies all business needs.
Ease of use
Easy of use is exceptional. Once you spend a day or 2, you become pro at eshop. The extension has been thought out very well!
Support
If I could rate this 500, I would. I would especially like to say thanks to a wonderful man named Giang. Support is exceptional and quick!
Documentation
One of the most helpful documentations I've seen in years! A great guide to read prior to using eshop - helpful while to the point.
Value for money

Approximate in terms of paid downloads (coupons don't work properly half the time), abysmal in terms of physical goods store.
Ease of use
Easy in the downloadable products area, a nightmare in physical goods store area. Very confusing settings that don't work properly
Support
Language barrier. Developer lacks knowledge of how online shopping actually works. Complains that "he has to waste time with support"
Documentation
Fairly straight in some areas, incomplete in others
Value for money
You get what you pay for. Cheap extension.
