Has been everything I needed functionality wise that previous applications I've used were lacking.
Ease of use
Pretty self explanatory. Had hardly any trouble.
Support
10/10 support. Some parts of the program that I've had trouble with, the support team has resolved in a timely manner.
Documentation
Documentation supplied but anything I wasn't sure about I messaged Support team and received a fast reply.
Value for money
Definitely

I like the faceted search functionality and the fact that you can configure the site very easy.

Almost everything is natural and you hardly need the documentation.

Eshop works fine with Helix framework and SP-Page builder.

Very easy and friendly admin panel.

WOW! This is something out of this world! Giang and the support team are more than willing to help and even make customizations.

Eshop is an outstanding extension, it can server you in every way, it actually does more than you can imagine!
Ease of use
It is very easy to use and it has sample data tool which makes things even easier
Support
I remember I once contacted Giang the developer of this extension and he had a new born, however he was super understanding and still helped
Documentation
One of the best documentations, it is very easy and straight forward, actually you might not even need the documentation.
Value for money
The value for money is actually PERFECT.
I used this to: I actually used this on more than a site, and as an experienced developer, I can tell these guys are GENIUSES and follow best practices in every extension they develop for Joomla.

One more thing these guys are open minded, listen to suggestions, and super friendly.
