Excellent Product and Even Better Customer Service

Functionality
Functions as an ecommerce shop should and then some.
Ease of use
it is actually very intuitive and being that it uses the native Joomla articles it becomes even easier.
Support
EXCELLENT support. To me, I don't care how good an extension is if the support is bad, In this case, both the product and support are great!
Documentation
Plenty of documentation as well as video - which is great.
I used this to: I have created three online stores so far, one of which is in catalog mode only (nice feature!)

Good for someone who doesn't need to accept PayPal

Functionality
Loved the fact that it is native and uses articles as products. Unfortunately, I need need Paypal, so this didn't work for me.
Ease of use
It was fine. The articles as products worked well once I got the hang of it, and I was able to directly embed forms along with the cart.
Documentation
I suppose it's fine. I didn't use it.
I used this to: Content orders. Unfortunately, the only payment method I accept is paypal, and my clients also use paypal. This would have been a nightmare to use due to the lack of a paypal module. Considering PP gives those buttons out for free.... I had to go with a different shopping cart.

We are building a new ecommerce using this extension, we found it great and the dedicated ticket system for PRO users is awesome!
Ease of use
This extension is great, you can customize many things and it works fine with bootstrap 3 templates, you just have to adjust CSS if needed!

Very good functionality
Ease of use
Pretty easy to figure out, I'm not a coder but managed well enough.
Support
Support is great, responses and fixes within 24hrs (you need the Pro version for this)
Documentation
Very good, clear, well laid out. The videos aren't great though, to quick and no audio directions on a lot of them.
I used this to: Used for a pretty complex store requiring variable pricing on products, shipping within Canada (various tax requirements) and to all states in the U.S. + need for extra tariff pricing as well as complex bulk shipping costs.

Simply Awesome!
