Functionality
This extension is suitable for requirements from simple to complex. It's perfect for me.

Lots of features to customize, but it's easy to install and start using.

Clear and easy to understand. I have to explore it more.........
Value for money
It's worth every penny. I would have bought it even for more..........

Functionality
Once you successfully bring it to work, it shows amazing functionalities, should cover most of your needs.
Ease of use
Be prepared for some tweaking in the beginning. You have to dig through tons of settings and, depending on your need, add modules or plugins
Support
Very helpful. One of the outstanding features of this component, and really needed in the beginning.
Documentation
Could be better. While it covers all the settings and features, it gives no clue how to get started in the first place, that is confusing
Value for money
Very good. You get a plethora of features for a fair price, together with great support.
I used this to: Books library, where users should be able to comment and review books.

Functionality
Has everything you could dream of. Very complete. Nothing is missing.
Ease of use
Installation is simple. There are plenty of add ons to download on their site.
Support
I needed assistance to get the plugin to work with j2store (you need the K2 add-on for this) and got a competent response quickly
Documentation
The extension works pretty much by itself. Documentation could be more complete to avoid needing support. But well hey.
Value for money
Top. Tried vReview before and was frustrated with their product. Very happy with this extension here !

Functionality
Works like a charm and does everything it promises. Easy to customize to fit any needs, flexible and has many useful features.
Ease of use
Very easy to use, front end is very simple and intuitive while it may take a little time to understand the backend philosophy.
Support
Amazing support!! If you contact them working hours they respond immediately. If not, you get help within a few hours. Solved all issues!
Documentation
Fairly good, it covers basic information and helps install and customize extension according to the client's needs,
Value for money
For me it was the best VFM, because I had trouble finding a complete review/rating system to integrate with my ecommerce platform !
I used this to: Product reviews/ ratings . Integrated with Hikashop with the help of support :)

is ok but there is room for improvement. Frond end is easy but the back end can be better

Everything works right out of the box and it does exactly what I need it to do

Very easy to use, just install and read the docs. Have a lot of options as is a incredible complete extension but easy to follow.

Contacted number of times and every time is just perfect support - in time, good guidelines, problems resolved

Thorough, informative, relevant, and well-organized. Documentation is further supported by extensive forums and help desk resources.

It worths what you pay, with the range of functions and features it's absolutely worth it.

Functionality
I am very impressed with template of JLex Review. Lots of useful features. Allowing comments under reviews is a good idea.
Ease of use
Yes, It is not difficult to manage new reviews and comment. Some parts need the support of the document but the overview is fine.

Excellent! I chose individual package, well worth the price paid, I recommend it.
