Skyline Scroll to Top Plugin

Skyline Scroll to Top is a system plugin of Joomla 1.7+. It adds a 'Scroll to Top' link which appears when the user scrolls down, and disappears when users reach the top of the page into your website. Unlike other scripts that use jQuery, this plugin includes a professional native Mootools script that means no javascript conflict in your Joomla website. Version 1.6.0 add jQuery script for Joomla! 3.0. Now you can choose either Mootools or jQuery engine in Joomla 3.0.

Parameters:
- Style: Style of 'Scroll to Top' link. You can choose either Text or Icon.
- Link Text: Text of 'Scroll to Top' link.
- Link Title: Title of 'Scroll to Top' link.
- Scroll Duration: Duration of smooth scrolling effect.
- Scroll Transition: Transition of smooth scrolling effect.
- Custom CSS: Enter your custom CSS if you want to change width, height, color, etc.

- Add. Option to disable scroll to top in administrator area.

- Fix. Javascript error on IE8 and below.

Since other extensions didn't appear in frontend (seems mootols not loaded as supposed), or loaded double and trible - in Joomla! 2.5.*

This one just worked straight out of the box, no headache - task resolved. The funny thing: it's also implemented in /administrator/ pages.
