Features of OS Property:
1. User can register to become an agent for uploading property.
2. Admin can create many companies, each company will have one company admin. Company admin can change the information of company and edit the agent lists from frontend.
3. Manage properties from backend by administrator, from frontend by owner (agents)
4. Manage agents from backend by administrator.
5. Add property from backend by administrator, from frontend by agents
6. List propertys in the frontend by property types, categories, cities, states, countries v.v.
7. Two property levels, normal listing and feature listing.

Not a complete item. Many items are not working or simply not ready. Even it has many future but many MANUAL work is needed.Go into everydetail after you purchase you will get my meaning. I suggest look for better choice.
I've just used this product for my real estate site. It works perfectly, nice layout, easy to use and a lot of features for a estate agent website. In the first time using, i have submitted several questions and the responses from developer are very good. My questions have been answered within several hours even in the weekend. There are few things could be added like sef plugin, slider show photo.., maybe in next version. But now, i am impressed with the product.
I have been using this since its first launch, avid OSSolution extension member,This component has lots of potential but not yet discovered. Hope there is more flexibility on template design can be improved. Latest version does not save your data and no change log for the version too. in summary a proper development cycle is important here.
This product is an outstanding extension for all property business websites. I've worked a lot of real extensions and I really love this product. Easy to configure and very good support. The technical guy is always willing to solve any problems we mentioned. Thank you very much!
This module, while commercial, offers a great deal for a very reasonable cost. It can be used by agents from more than one company so in some ways is like a listing directory but I am not using it for that purpose. I am using it as an engine for a single real estate company website and it works very well. It offers lots of flexibility for listings and the back end is very easy to use. Where I did have a few problems, the developer's support was fabulous and he responded to my requests for help very quickly. It's well worth it's cost.
I've been reviewing several of the real estate extensions for the last few weeks and came across this one when I was using some other products from the developer. I bought it and had a few issues, but the developer got right on it and fixed my site. Excellent support and I really like the product.
The only thing I would like to see different is to be able to only show one country and no province as I'm in the U.S. and don't need any others.
Since he fixed it for me, it seems to be doing great and I really like the upgrade feature of it. I like the fact I can add many different categories, sub-categories, and many different features.
