List of supported Custom Fields

File Upload
A Drag & Drop File Upload Field that allows you to upload any kind of files in the backend and display a download link in the front-end. Define an upload folder, limit the total number of files the user is allowed to upload, limit maximum allowed size for each uploaded file and restrict the allowed file types.

YouTube Field
The YouTube Field allows you to enter a YouTube URL in the backend and display a YouTube Video Player in the front-end. The YouTube Field provides you with all of the customization options of the YouTube player such as YouTube Video width and height, YouTube AutoPlay feature, YouTube video controls.

HTML5 Video
Create a field to display an HTML5 video player that can play a local or a remote video (MP4, Ogg, WebM) file.

HTML5 Audio
Create a field to display an HTML5 Audio Player that can play a local or a remote audio (MP3, Wav, Ogg) file.

Facebook Video
Create a field to embed a Facebook Video.

Vimeo Field
Create a field to easily display a Vimeo video just with the video's URL or its ID.

Google Maps Field
Display an interactive Google Map

PayPal Field
Collect donations from around the world, allow your shoppers to buy products or subscribe to your services.

OpenStreetMaps Field
Display an interactive OpenStreetMap as a Custom Field. The best Google Maps alternative.

Bing Maps Field
Display an interactive Bing Map

DailyMotion Field
Create a field to easily display a DailyMotion video just with the video's URL or its ID.

SoundCloud Field

Functionality

A great set of custom fields for Joomla. Also being a Joomla developer, I find this extension well created.

Ease of use

The usage and setting up the fields is quite straightforward. Follows the general logic of the built-in Joomla custom fields.

Support

Human support is available if you have a subscription, with quick reply times.

Documentation

Nice online documentation covering all the custom fields included.

I used this to: Mostly for adding File upload and Gallery fields into forms and webshop product pages.

Reliable and can be tailored to suit your needs. I was blown away by the clever option for a custom dowload link for ACF File Upload field.

Ease of use

In general it works quite easy, staying close to the core Joomla custom fields (that's an odd thing to say: core custom fields).

Support

Didn't need support that often. When neededm Tassos is helpful and reacts quickly.

Documentation

Didn't need the documentation that often. It helped to find the the option for a custom dowload link for ACF File Upload field (see above).

I used this to: Using mainly the ACF File Upload field in a customer site where file uploads are associated with J. core content. Does the trick perfectly and can be tweaked to suit the customer's needs. The site has a long history and I used other solutions before. This one is the best so far.

Ease of use

Very easy to work with. The interface feels natural and I was productive with it from day one.

Easy to create and setup any of the fields. You don't need to be a genius :-) or Joomla expert to use them.

Fantastic. Tassos is always responsive and really take the time to clarify doubts we may have and to improve the code.

Very comprehensive. More than just explaining the fields and their settings he also provides some complimentary information.

I used this to: I developed a website that needs rich user profiles, and different custom fields for content customisation. ACF was perfect as I could implemente a range of customisations ranging from easy to more technical ones, like integrating ACF File Upload and Cropper js.
