A4Pro FlipBook adds a dedicated PDF FlipBook element to YOOtheme Pro for Joomla. It transforms existing PDF documents into interactive book-style presentations directly inside your YOOtheme Pro layouts.

The extension is ideal for product catalogs, brochures, magazines, company presentations, portfolios, price lists, menus, property brochures, annual reports and other multi-page PDF documents.

YOOtheme Pro is required. A4Pro FlipBook is designed as an extension for the YOOtheme Pro Builder and does not operate as a standalone Joomla PDF viewer.

Modern PDF Rendering

Version 3 introduces a completely modernized rendering engine based on Mozilla PDF.js 6.3.289. The previous legacy WebGL-based rendering stack has been removed.

The new renderer provides reliable PDF presentation across current desktop and mobile browsers while avoiding unnecessary WebGL dependencies.

Easy Configuration in YOOtheme Pro

Add the A4Pro FlipBook element to a YOOtheme Pro layout, select or enter your PDF file and configure the reader directly in the Builder. Width, height, animation duration, colors, sound, download options, toolbar appearance and desktop navigation can be adjusted for each FlipBook instance.

Mobile Friendly

On smartphones and tablets, visitors can navigate through the document using horizontal swipe gestures. The reader automatically adapts its presentation to smaller screens while preserving standard vertical page scrolling.

PDF Download

The PDF download option can be enabled or disabled individually. When enabled, a customizable YOOtheme Pro styled download button can be displayed below the FlipBook.

Requirements

A4Pro FlipBook requires Joomla 5 or Joomla 6, PHP 8.1 or newer and an installed version of YOOtheme Pro.

YOOtheme Pro is a separate third-party product and is not included with A4Pro FlipBook.

Updates and Support

The extension integrates with the Joomla Update System. An active addons4.pro product licence provides access to available updates and technical support during the licence period.
