How it works
Create a widget for your agent in the KolossusAI dashboard, add your site's domain to its allowed domains, then paste its public widget token into the plugin settings. No agent yet? Contact the KolossusAI team at kolossus.ai and they will set one up for your business.

Privacy
The chat runs on KolossusAI servers. Each page loads the chat script and its settings from KolossusAI. When a visitor chats, their messages, attached files, IP address and approximate location (city, country) are sent to KolossusAI so the agent can reply. With the optional logged-in mode, the user's email and name are sent too, signed by your site. Mention the chat in
your site's privacy policy.
