Create and publish your form in FormBuilder, then select it in a native Joomla site module. Choose the module position, menu assignments, access level, button title and form height using Joomla controls. Visitors click Open form to load the responsive hosted form. Responses and uploaded files remain in FormBuilder.

The package includes a site module and a required AJAX plugin. Each module uses a dedicated connection with a read-only forms API key, stored encrypted in your Joomla database. Disconnect controls and Joomla package updates are included. Forms requiring payment are excluded.

A separate FormBuilder account is required. FormBuilder is a hosted service with a free plan and optional paid plans; the Joomla extension is a free GPL download. Current service limits and pricing are available at https://formbuilder.com/pricing.

Compatibility: Joomla 6.1.3 and later 6.1 patch releases, PHP 8.3+, MySQL/MariaDB, OpenSSL and cURL. This release does not support Joomla 3, 4, 5, 6.0 or 6.2.
